Strategic roadmap
Building the group, 2026–2030
A staged direction — strengthen the operating foundation, extend footprint and partnerships, then develop a coordinated national platform.
- 2026 Strengthen the foundation. Consolidate the core shipping, forwarding and project-logistics operations, and put the group structure, compliance and standards in place.
- 2027 Expand footprint & partnerships. Grow geographic and sector coverage and formalise strategic partnerships that extend the group’s capabilities in priority areas.
- 2028–2030 Develop a national platform. Aim to bring the operating divisions together into a coordinated Malaysian logistics and industrial services platform serving government, energy, infrastructure and commodity sectors.
This roadmap reflects strategic direction and may be updated as capabilities, partnerships and market conditions develop.
