OMA Holding Group
One Group. Coordinated Capabilities.
OMA Holding Group is the strategic platform built above OMA Shipping & Forwarding — the established operating foundation — through which new logistics and industrial capabilities are introduced progressively, on a verified and compliant basis.
Group statement
The strategic platform above OMA Shipping & Forwarding
Built on decades of shipping, forwarding and industrial logistics experience, OMA is developing an integrated Malaysian logistics and industrial services group. OMA Shipping & Forwarding remains the operational foundation while new capabilities are introduced progressively through verified expertise, licences and strategic partnerships.
Established operating foundation
Built on an established operating foundation
OMA Holding Group is anchored by a registered, operating company — with offices, permits and credentials already in place — not a start-up concept.
What stays unchanged
OMA Shipping & Forwarding continues exactly as today
The group layer is additive. Our core operating company — OMA Shipping & Forwarding Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. 298116-T) — keeps delivering the same shipping, forwarding, marine and logistics services, with the same team, offices and credentials. Nothing about how you work with us today changes.

Why we are expanding
Coordinated capability for larger, multi-sector requirements
Larger, multi-sector requirements
Clients increasingly need shipping, project logistics, energy, commodity and industrial support coordinated together rather than in isolation.
Grow without over-reaching
A group structure lets each new capability be developed properly — through verified expertise, licences and approved partners — instead of stretching one company beyond its scope.
One coordinated point of contact
A single requirement can be reviewed for scope and compliance, then directed to the appropriate operating entity or approved specialist partner.

Guiding principles
The principles we operate by
-
Verified capability first
What operates today is presented separately from what is still developing — never blended into a single claim.
-
Coordinate, state the role precisely
OMA coordinates and arranges work; where a partner delivers, that basis is shown. We do not describe ourselves as a supplier unless the operating basis is confirmed.
-
Compliance and due diligence
Engagements follow proper registration, documentation, regulatory considerations and confirmed scope before any commitment.
-
Progressive, responsible expansion
New capabilities are introduced step by step through verified expertise, licences and strategic partnerships.
-
Transparent status
Every division carries a clear status and disclosure so you always know what is available and what is a strategic priority.
-
One coordinated group
Different capabilities, one operating discipline — planned, documented and delivered under a confirmed scope.
