Our Group

Our Divisions

OMA Holding Group is built on one established operating company and a set of divisions at different stages of development. Every division below carries an honest status — what is operating today, and where capability is being developed — so you always know the basis before you engage.

The group

One operating foundation. Divisions developed with discipline.

Built on decades of shipping, forwarding and industrial logistics experience, OMA is developing an integrated Malaysian logistics and industrial services group. OMA Shipping & Forwarding remains the operational foundation while new capabilities are introduced progressively through verified expertise, licences and strategic partnerships.

How to read status

A single, honest status system

Every division is labelled with one of six statuses. Status is shown as text, colour and an icon together — never colour alone — so what is operational today is never confused with what is still developing.

Status Legend

Core Operations
Directly supported by an existing OMA operating entity and verified scope.
Operational / Expanding
Capability exists today; broader scope is developing.
Partner-enabled
Delivered with an approved specialist partner under confirmed scope.
Strategic Expansion
A priority area under development; not immediate availability.
Controlled Strategic
Government / defence — legal and security gated.
Transformation Roadmap
Planned technology; current functionality stated precisely.

Current vs future

What you can rely on today — and what is developing

OMA separates verified, available capability from strategic direction. The distinction is deliberate: it keeps every division page honest and lets you engage on a confirmed basis.

Operating today

Capabilities delivered now through an existing OMA operating entity and verified scope. These are described in the present tense, with a clear route to a quotation or a defined project discussion.

  • Core Operations and Operational / Expanding divisions
  • Engagement on a confirmed, present-day basis

Developing & strategic

Priority expansion areas, partner-enabled capabilities and roadmap items. These are presented as strategic direction, not immediate availability, and are engaged through a corporate or partnership conversation — never a quotation for a service that is not yet available.

  • Strategic Expansion, Partner-enabled and Transformation Roadmap divisions
  • Developed through verified capability and strategic partnerships

Built on real operations

Every division builds on eight operating services

The divisions are not abstract ideas. They extend the shipping, forwarding, marine, chartering and logistics services OMA Shipping & Forwarding delivers today — the verified foundation the whole group is built on.

Operating model

One Client. One Group. Coordinated Delivery.

One requirement, coordinated across the group — reviewed for scope and compliance, then directed to the appropriate operating entity or approved partner.

  1. Requirement received

A client shares a requirement, enquiry or project scope with the group.

  2. Scope & compliance evaluated

The requirement is reviewed against scope, documentation, regulatory and compliance considerations before any commitment.

  3. Appropriate operating entity / approved partner assigned

The requirement is directed to the appropriate operating entity or an approved specialist partner, based on confirmed capability.

  4. Project coordinated & delivered under confirmed scope

Work is coordinated and delivered under a confirmed scope, with documentation and communication maintained throughout.
